| Q: | Are Google Apps users supported? |
| A: | Yes. |
| Q: | I'm a Google Apps user and I'm not getting any notifications. |
| A: | Users using a Google Apps email account must user their FULL email address including the @yourdomain.com |
| Q: | I'm a Google Apps user and I can't login to my view my email. |
| A: | Google Apps users MUST use their full email address to login to view their email. There shouldn't be any problems loging in to your email since what you are seeing is Google's actual login page. If it doesn't work for you, you should probably talk to whoever administers your account or Google... |
| Q: | I am not getting any notifications. |
| A: | First, go to the Settings or Accounts tab and check to make
sure that you see your email address listed. If you see it, that means that you
typed everything correctly and it is not a login issue. Then there's a few things you
should know. -Alerts will be overwritten if you receive another alert, this includes from other applications. So for example, if you receive a new email alert and then a text message, you won't see your new email alert. -Devices with no Edge or 3G data plan can only receive notifications when connected to WiFi, which only happens when the device is awake (in use) or intermittently in between, which means that you will not receive your notifications in a timely manner. -Notifications in your Settings must be enabled. |
| Q: | Does the application support multiple accounts? |
| A: | Yes, it has since version 2.0. Remember, only Gmail accounts for now. |
| Q: | Can I set a different sound for my new email alerts? |
| A: | Yes, you absolutely can! We include a variety of sounds for you to choose from. |
| Q: | When I get a new email notification and the native mail application opens, it opens to a new message screen. |
| A: | This is not bug in the application. It is a limitation by Apple, and it is the only way to launch the native mail application. Sorry for the inconvenience. |
